In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after the order is placed.
If this happens, you will receive Store credit or a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
All orders are reviewed by our team and can be cancelled by TWYN at any time if found fraudulent or suspicious.
Once processed, you will receive a Shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

SHIPPING METHOD (INDIA)
We provide reliable delivery options across India. Standard Shipping typically takes 5–7 working days and is free. Express Shipping may be available at checkout, offering a 1–3 working day delivery window, with charges auto-calculated during checkout.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay 20% of the order value upfront as a confirmation/processing fee. This amount will be Deducted from the final payable amount at the time of delivery meaning you only pay the remaining balance in cash.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
TWYN ships worldwide.
Delivery times and additional custom duties vary by destination country.
Custom duties, import taxes & clearance fees (if applicable) are the Responsibility of the Customer.
LOST / DAMAGE / STOLEN PACKAGES
Once courier tracking shows Delivered, TWYN is Not responsible for:

Theft after delivery

Damaged shipments caused during transit
You may contact the courier for resolution.
We will assist wherever possible, but liability remains with the shipping partner once delivered.
