APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By placing an order on TWYN (website or exchange portal), you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed in this policy. If you do not accept these terms, kindly do not complete the purchase.

We may revise this policy periodically. Please review it before placing any new order to stay updated with the current terms.

 

ELIGIBILITY & TIMELINES

We offer 5-day Exchange & Return from the date of delivery.

Once your request is approved:

  • A pickup will be scheduled within 48–72 hours

  • In case pickup is unavailable in your pincode, you must self-ship to our warehouse address

  • After product passes Quality Check (QC), the request will move forward

  • Exchange delivery timeline: 7–10 working days

 

EXCHANGE OUTCOMES

Exchanges are Size & Product Exchanges only, subject to availability:

  • If the size or product requested is unavailable → you will receive refund

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All approved returns are refunded only after Quality check

  • Shipping charges are Non-refundable

  • Cash or bank refunds are NOT provided under any circumstances

  • A flat ₹99 reverse pickup & processing fee will be deducted from your refund for returns due to personal preference or size issues. No fee for quality issues or wrong shipments delivered by TWYN

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • COD and Prepaid orders can be cancelled Only before dispatch

 

MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN

Product must be:

✔ Unused, unworn, unwashed
✔ In original packaging with All tags intact
✔ Without stains, perfume, odor, damage, tears or wash marks
✔ Returned as a complete set (if purchased as a set)
✔ Not altered or tampered (unless a manufacturing defect is proven)

If any of the above conditions fail → Request will be rejected

 

ACCEPTED REASONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

You can request if:

  • Size did not fit

  • The product received is damaged

  • Manufacturing defect found

  • Missing parts/Accessories

 

QUALITY CHECK STRICTNESS

We take hygiene & brand standards seriously.

If returned product shows signs of usage, visible wear, or mishandling We will not process the request.

 

20-DAY PRODUCT QUALITY REVIEW

We cover issues such as:

  • Colour bleeding

  • Print cracks

  • Major finishing flaws

If reported within 20 days of delivery:

  • Pickup will be arranged

  • Replacement/Store Credit will be issued upon confirmation

Requests after 20 days → Not Eligible
